Standard Orders

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Custom & OEM Orders

• Custom-made products (personalized logos, custom designs, bulk OEM orders) are non-refundable once production has begun
• If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will replace or refund at no additional cost
• Please review all proofs carefully before approving production

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly
