📦 Ordering & Minimum Quantities

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQs are:

  • Challenge Coins: 50 pcs
  • Enamel Pins / Badges: 50 pcs
  • Medals: 50 pcs
  • Keychains: 50 pcs
  • Metal Cards: 50 pcs
  • Patches: 100 pcs

Orders below MOQ are possible with a small-batch surcharge. Contact us for a custom quote.

2. How do I place an order?

  1. Request a quote — share your design idea, quantity, and product type via our contact form.
  2. Receive artwork proof — our design team sends a digital mockup within 2 business days, free of charge.
  3. Approve & pay deposit — confirm the design and pay a 50% deposit to start production.
  4. Production & QC — your order is manufactured and inspected in our factory.
  5. Ship & deliver — balance payment before shipment; worldwide delivery by air or sea.

3. Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample for your approval before full production begins. Sample fees apply and are credited toward your bulk order. Contact us for details.

4. Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?

Yes — both OEM (your design, our production) and ODM (we design and produce) orders are welcome. We work with brands, organizations, military units, and retailers worldwide.

🎨 Artwork & Design

5. Is artwork and design free?

Yes. All artwork and digital mockups are free with your order. We offer up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond 3 may incur a small fee.

6. What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector files (AI/EPS) give the best results. If you only have a low-resolution image or a rough sketch, our design team can redraw it for you.

7. I don't have a design — can you create one for me?

Absolutely. Just describe your concept, share reference images, or tell us your theme and we'll create a design for your approval. No design experience needed.

⏱️ Production & Lead Times

8. How long does production take?

Standard lead time is 7–15 business days after artwork approval and deposit payment. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss your deadline.

9. Why can't I get an exact delivery date?

Because each product is custom-made by hand, a small percentage may be rejected during quality control and need to be remade. We build buffer time into our estimates and will keep you updated throughout production.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

10. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to the US, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and most countries worldwide. We offer both air freight (faster) and sea freight (more economical for large orders).

11. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, and your destination country. We'll include shipping options and costs in your quote. We work with major carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

12. How long does shipping take?

  • Air freight: 5–7 business days (most destinations)
  • Sea freight: 20–35 days (for large bulk orders)

🔧 Product & Customization

13. What's the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel?

Soft enamel is air-dried and sits below the raised metal lines, giving a textured, dimensional feel. It's the most popular and cost-effective option. A clear epoxy dome can be added for protection.

Hard enamel is baked to near-ceramic hardness, then polished flat. It gives a smooth, premium, jewelry-like finish — ideal for high-end corporate gifts and collector pieces.

14. What plating / finish options are available?

  • Gold / Antique Gold / Gold Satin
  • Silver / Nickel / Antique Silver / White Satin
  • Antique Bronze / Antique Copper
  • Black Nickel (subdued / SWAT finish)
  • Dual-tone / Two-tone combinations
  • Natural brass (Goldtone / Silvertone solid metal)
  • Rhodium plate

15. What sizes are available?

Standard sizes vary by product. For challenge coins: 38mm, 40mm, 44mm, 50mm (custom sizes available). For medals: 50mm–80mm diameter. For pins: 15mm–50mm. Custom sizes are always available — just ask.

16. Can I add an epoxy dome coating?

Yes. A clear epoxy dome can be added over soft enamel products to protect the finish and give a glossy, polished look. This is a popular option for keychains and pins.

17. What payment methods do you accept?

  • T/T (bank wire transfer)
  • Alibaba Trade Assurance (buyer protection)
  • PayPal (for smaller orders — contact us)
  • Credit card via our online store

18. What are your payment terms?

Standard terms are 50% deposit to start production, and 50% balance before shipment. For long-term clients, flexible terms may be available.

🏭 Factory & Quality

19. Where are your products made?

All products are designed and manufactured in our own factory in Zhongshan, China — the heart of China's metal crafts industry. We do not outsource production.

20. Can I visit your factory?

Yes — we warmly welcome factory visits. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit.

21. Do you have quality control?

Yes. Every order goes through a multi-stage QC process including dimensional checks, plating inspection, enamel fill review, and final visual inspection before packing. We provide photo/video confirmation before shipment upon request.
