Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom products (such as challenge coins, enamel pins, medals, and badges) require a production lead time of 7–15 business days depending on order complexity.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The final shipping rate is displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders as indicated in active promotions.
International Orders We ship worldwide. The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package in real time via the carrier's official website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement shipment.
