At GFTCRAFTS, all products are custom-made to order based on your approved design and specifications. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
📌 Custom Products — Important Notice
Because every item is uniquely manufactured to your requirements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once production has begun. We strongly encourage all customers to review and approve the design proof carefully before confirming production.
✅ When We Accept Returns or Offer Remedies
We will offer a replacement, remake, or refund in the following situations:
- Manufacturing defects — e.g., plating peeling, broken parts, or significant quality issues
- Product does not match the approved design — significant deviation from the confirmed artwork or specifications
- Damaged in transit — items damaged during shipping (photo evidence required)
- Wrong items received — incorrect product shipped
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
- Change of mind after production has started
- Issues resulting from errors in customer-supplied artwork or files
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Bulk orders where a pre-approved sample has been confirmed
📦 How to Request a Return or Refund
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Email us at info@gftcrafts.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a free remake, replacement, or refund
🚚 Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to our error or a manufacturing defect, GFTCRAFTS will cover all shipping costs. If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
